Laughter coming up from inside
This bubbling spontaneous joy.

Structures dissolving away.
Jealousy losing its power
Attachment, where did you go?
Meeting other people here in the Now.
Embracing, loving, letting go.
just be in the Flow. 
move slow.
And you will grow
Effortlessly.
Peace
Silence
Joy
